The shipping times for our products may vary, which will indicate in product description.
Once all the products in your order are ready for shipment, they will be shipped together.
- Canada: Orders over $99 CAD before taxes and after any discounts or promotions are applied will qualify for free standard shipping via Canada Post.
- United States: Orders over $149 CAD before taxes and after any discounts or promotions are applied will qualify for free standard shipping via Canada Post.
- Other countries: Orders over $199 CAD before taxes and after any discounts or promotions are applied will qualify for free standard shipping via Canada Post.
For orders that do not meet the above requirements, shipping fees will be calculated based on Canada Post rates and displayed at checkout.

Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we will gladly accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at hello@citrusday.com. We will provide you with instructions on how to return your item.

Shipping Day: within 14 business days
- Each bag contains 5 mini Dharma figures, and there are 16 bags in a complete set.
- The size of each figure is approximately 3cm, and they are made of PVC material.
- Inside the blind box, you will find 8 popular Sanrio characters in 3 different styles: Classic, Gold Edition, and Crystal Edition.
- When you purchase one bag, you will receive 5 unique mini Dharma figures. If you purchase a full set of 16 bags, you will collect all 24 mini Dharma figures.
Please note that once the blind box is opened, the bags cannot be resold. Therefore, returns or exchanges are not accepted unless there is a quality issue. We recommend recording a video while opening the blind box, as it can be used as evidence when contacting customer support.
