Shipping Policy

 

We are pleased to offer free shipping to our customers in Canada, the United States, and other selected countries for orders that meet the following requirements:

• Canada: Orders over $99 CAD before taxes and after any discounts or promotions are applied will qualify for free standard shipping via Canada Post.
• United States: Orders over $149 CAD before taxes and after any discounts or promotions are applied will qualify for free standard shipping via Canada Post.
• Other countries: Orders over $199 CAD before taxes and after any discounts or promotions are applied will qualify for free standard shipping via Canada Post.

For orders that do not meet the above requirements, shipping fees will be calculated based on Canada Post rates and displayed at checkout.

Please note that if an order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, they will be shipped separately. In-stock items will be shipped immediately, while pre-order items will be shipped when they become available.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and shipping method. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to track your package.

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete, as we are not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
