Refund policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we will gladly accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at hello@citrusday.com. We will provide you with instructions on how to return your item.
Please note that the original shipping charges are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
