- Canada: Orders over $99 CAD before taxes and after any discounts or promotions are applied will qualify for free standard shipping via Canada Post.
- United States: Orders over $149 CAD before taxes and after any discounts or promotions are applied will qualify for free standard shipping via Canada Post.
- Other countries: Orders over $199 CAD before taxes and after any discounts or promotions are applied will qualify for free standard shipping via Canada Post.

For orders that do not meet the above requirements, shipping fees will be calculated based on Canada Post rates and displayed at checkout.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we will gladly accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
